Whether you are planning a magical wedding, corporate event, fundraiser, social occasion or in the comfort of your own home, the catering and sample menus that follow should be used as a guide; we think of it as being a starting point for your imagination. We have created many delightful recipes that are not listed here; this is merely a listing of our most requested dishes but a private consultation with our Chef is always available.
